Services Provided

All fees for our services will be agreed upon in advance and communicated to you. Payment for our services must be made in advance, either by bank transfer or online payment gateway. Any additional expenses incurred during the course of our work, such as ad spend or additional software, will be communicated to you in advance.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to provide us with accurate and up-to-date information about your business, including your products or services, target audience, and current marketing efforts. You also agree to provide us with access to any relevant accounts, such as social media or website hosting, that we need to perform our services.

Confidentiality

We will not share any confidential information about your business, including but not limited to financial information, customer lists, or trade secrets, with any third party without your consent. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your information.

Ownership of Work

All work created by our digital marketing company for your business, including but not limited to content, graphics, and code, will be owned by you upon completion of our services. We retain the right to use any work we create for you as part of our portfolio or for marketing purposes.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our agreement at any time with written notice. If our services are terminated by you before completion, any fees paid in advance will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

RIMS Bizzserve will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or damage to your reputation. We will not be held liable for any third-party claims against your business.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our agreement will be resolved through arbitration.
